I agree as I too did like walking the plank. Unfortunately, it is/was already creating problems. There were many people standing on the "skull" instead of finishing the walk so only two people could reach it at a time. Another problem was people insisting on returning back into the room. Since this is a quest that is also to be released on the weekends (according to the description) I hope they change their tactic for the plank during the weekend rush.

One solution to the walking the plank problem might be to make the next task force a room change - possibly visit the Fantasyland Courtyard since the Pan ride is there and the quest had a Pan theme or something like that.

Worth a try, Lily, but I think a better solution would be to leave the description the same but have the goal be to enter the Adventureland Bazaar, rather than pick up a gem that's almost at the end of the plank.

last tuesday Lily left the quest up an extra hour :)

The HOSTs usually leave Q button quests up half an hour past the end of the event so people can finish the quest if they started late.

This quest is up again in place of Hula's event! Same prizes as earlier today! :)

if u did the quest before it was cancelled you are allowed to do it again!

edit: the quest name has been changed to ship o plunder quest,

i hope they keep canceling it and putting it back up for a way for me to get credits and a way to get more TDM!

everybody will have the long quest up to 16 so nobody will want to quit that quest to start the host quest!

and why would we want to do a simple quest for single tdm when we can get full..??

you know you can quit the quest and then start it back up again. i have done this two times already and it has brought me right back to question 16.

Wish they had posted the correct event ahead of time instead of switching it up at the last minute. I thought it was the quest so I went out and came back with 30 minutes left expecting the quest to be up. Very bad planning on their part.

At least she took out the pirate lobby portions of the walking the plank quest before opening it up today. :) Also nice prizes today.
