when i try to log on to vmk pal or the regular internet i get my account info entered and hit log in but then it goes right back to the main screen. Anybody have a clue to why this is happening? and it is only that one character so i find it even more weird. THanks for who ever helps.

They character may have been deleted, or you may be entering the wrong info. try going to disneyland.com and seeing if you can log in with the info there. You may have been deleted if you have not been on in the past six months. You may also have been deleted if you accidentally clicked, deactivate account, in an email. There is no other explanation unless you go to Contact Us and ask there, well you really can't unless the info works there. I wish you good luck and happy huntings.
