"Our virtual recreation of the world famous Pirates of the Caribbean attraction" sure sounds a lot like it could be a new public-area dark ride along the lines of Alice in Wonderland and Peter Pan's Flight. Or will this just be a series of HOST rooms?

Somehow I can't imagine a whole new ride system... I'm thinking more along the lines of either riding the Peter Pan ride, or it will be a series of Host rooms. It would be cool if we got a Pirates ride, but with all the work the designers have been doing with the Magic shop and new magics, I just don't see a surprise like that, especially considering we didn't have a "this is coming" teaser 3 months in advance. ;) Will be interesting to see what tomorrow will bring!

That would be awesome if the created a pirate RIDE! they could make the start in the treasure room.

I'm thinking it's probably host rooms - I hope so, since I don't like to pay to ride during a ride-a-thon.

Notice VMK says the ride-a-thon starts at 8 AM PT. When they had the dark ride-a-thon, it started at VMK opening since they did not have to open any rooms.

I heared alot of people talking about this in Pirates of the Caribbean. They say the ride start will be in the Treasure room.

Woot! Bringing the Disney Magic to VMK! I really hope it's a ride though. I was never a big fan of HOST Ride-a-thons.
