so is there anyway we can get a quest kiosk except by saving credits we have to earn alone? that seems kind of mean :(

You sure, I thought I heard yavn say it was against vmk values or something. I dont suggest it considing 90% of the time you do, you get scammed.

It is against the VMKF Rules but not against the VMK Values, but staff do suggest not to trade credits because you can easily get scammed and the Kiosk isn't meant to trade credits.

We DO NOT allow the trade of credits through the Quest Kiosk. Please, don't complain as this rule will not be lifted in the foreseeable future. Should you choose to do this with another user you must set it up in-game and NOT here at the forums. At this time, we also DO NOT allow any trades using the Quest Kiosk, because many users have been going around our rules to set up credit trades.
