TheBird 02-05-2008, 04:42 AM I actually like the one with a black background and just Mario. very nice tutorial.
Penguinz 02-05-2008, 04:55 AM I'm not exactly aware with CS4's. What are they, and where can you get them (Pm if needed)?

C4Ds are pretty much abstract images, well... they tend to have an abstract look to them. He said where you can get them in the Q&A, Planetrenders.net. PR has a great selection of renders, abstracts, and C4Ds. I'm not exactly sure what the actual definition of C4D is, but I've noticed that on most of the big render sites, you don't need to because they only have Renders, Abstracts, and C4Ds, and they're really easy to tell apart. I actually didn't even explain that well, congrats if you can understand it.
I doubt you'll answer this though. :vundecided:
And Zangoose, nice tutorial, but now everyone will have to start making signatures like that to keep up with the times. The only thing I really have to say I don't like about it is the text you added. :vtongue:

One with a Blue Layer on Color, one without. I used a Blue background, not a red. ^_^

aggieathlete 02-08-2008, 03:47 AM I got lost on how to do this... could you give it a more step by step process in the beginning because I don't know what to push or go to...
I created a new document and filled it with black...
Then I picked a image I wanted but I didn't know what to do after that, like Opening it as new layers or just opening it as something else...
Then, I picked my color I wanted and then got lost even more so i quit
Can you or someone else plz help by expanding a more step by step process for beginners? Thanks!
zangoose 02-08-2008, 11:12 PM this tutorial is not really for beginners but more for an intermediate level for people who dont know what C4D's are
but i can make a beginners guide if you want
between you and me i kinda ran out of room for more step by step processes
