I was at school, I got sent out of class to the hall for the rest of the period. I was really bored, so I took my IPod out. Then a teacher was coming. While I was changing the Volume Limit I turned the IPod off (Clicking and left clicking Pause)

Now, it won't turn on! Even when I put it on charge! Someone please help!

Hmmm, maybe it's on Hold? Ive had 2 ipod shuffles in the past, and never actually got them to work off my own music. I had a friend get another friend to fix it but it was their music on it. I had an ipod nano the gray one, but I sold it to my brother. Now I own an ipod touch. I think maybe if seeing if the Hold thing doesnt work, just let it charge all night and maybe it will go back on.

try holding the center button and menu button for i think 10 seconds. my sister's "locked" up on her and wouldn't do anything. i don't know where she found that answer, but it's basically like rebooting a computer.

Wait which one? The older one or the new one?...

Try plugging it in to your computer.

Search on Google for the iTunes website. They have some "Help" tricks there, as well as resetting your iPod. I had the same problem, but mine wouldn't turn off.

Try using the back switch to turn it off, then on again, if you haven't already. That usually solves my Shuffle problems.

I solved the problem 3 weeks ago.
