Did Yavn say in a newsletter that it would be updated in January?

Not a lie -- I think VMK always has a reason for releasing and not releasing things at certain times and the TCG is one of those things not right to release right this minute ( for all we know it can come out tomorrow morning)

In September, the word Yavn used was "SOON". He never stated a Month.

But in november or december, he actually said It would be Released in January.

be sure that they'll release it when they finish improving what they need to improve.

If you go to the page where it says current promotions, there are 4 different pictures that scroll.
One of them is a VMK picture. The kid in the picture is wearing the Green Mike Hat from the Game!
