I have tried contact us but there was no reply. When I enter my user name and password it goes to the black screen with the VMK emblem as always but after about 5 seconds it disappears and just stays at a black screen. Nothing else happens and I am getting frustrated because this has happened before. The only difference was it would get to the updating screen and when it was finished loading that screen it would say the whole VMK has crashed thing. EVERY TIME!!!!!

Have you tried deleting your cookies, disc cleaning and/or defragmenting your computer? Sometimes that helps.
