Hi,

I get this error when I open iTunes.. yet it isn't even an iPhone it's an iPod Touch I am trying to connect..

My iPod Touch won't stop showing the Apple Logo with loading circle at the bottom. Anyone know how I can fix this?

im not sure how to but it says a iphone so i tihnk its sometihng to do with what its reading

here is my solution


1. are you using a wireless router?
2. are u sure you are connected?
3. Are u even reading this post?
4. ill try and see if my connection works and if not call customer services if it
might be a connection problem with the company
5. they might have to recall some iphones bc i have been hearing about these problems

I had an iPod shuffle that had the same basic error.

You need to call the store you bought it from and explain the problem. They will send you a new one.

Sometimes, they make bad batches of iPods/Phones. I went through 5 shuffles before I got a working one!

I got it to work but lost EVERYTHING on my iPod.

Something similar happened like that to my iPod Touch too, but I just restarted it and it worked.

This happened to my Voyager too. Ended up the computer wasn't up to date.

By the way, how did you make "iTunes" the Waltograph font?


right click on your desktop and go to properties>appearance>advanced.. you can adjust it all in there ;)
