Hope this is the right place, i was not sure which to put it. So this place is the closest i can find.
I was wondering which program do you use for making animated signatures and icons and more?
Also, how do i animate stuff for each different program i use?
I know how to make good signatures but not sure how to animated? and also which program to use animation.
So kind of in a pickle right now, any suggestions helping my problem would be fine.

Since I got a new computer recently, Gimp 2.4.2.

It's the version you will get when downloading it from the site.

Okay using that new Gimp, but how would you use it for animating icons and stuff?
Is there already a thread about this because i can't find anything on that topic.
Anymore suggestions?
