You might want to note that:
It's important to center both you largest and widest frame, otherwise, it'll look... shaky, like the example... If the widest and longest can't be evened out, you'll have to make the document wider or longer. The rest just have to be centered around those two.

This is a GIMP 2.4.2 Tut. You can do this on Older Versions, and on Photoshop.
