I was just looking through several forums today, and I noticed that there are quite a few tutorials in each one. And, that made me think that it might be a nice idea to have a Tutorial thread in one of the Off Topic Forums.

It doesn't have to be for one sub-category, like one for Computer Technical Support, and one for Bugs etc. Just one forum, where anyone can post their tutorial(s) in.

Yup. I made a full tut on how to make an animated image, and I would like to post it in an appropriate place :D

The VMK Guides and tips probably would be a good place to put it because a Tutorial for VMK things. For animated images,Arts:)

Err...Signature Tutorials and stuff like that don't really apply that much to VMK.
