i have recently bought two disney DVDs and neither one had a rewards paphlet i have used the contact us button on the site . I don't know what to do, what should I do?

bellow is my letter that I wrote to them:
Hello, my name is (sensored for my protection) and I have bought many Disney movies in the past and entering the reward code that came with them, but recently I have encountered a problem. I bought both High School Musical 2, and Meet the Robinsons new on DVD at my local Costco Wholesale. When I opened the DVD cases both had their rewards pamphlet missing. I don't know if I'm the only person with this problem, but I doubt it. My main reason for typing this is to question if I can still get the codes some how without having to buy another copy of both DVDs. Thank you for taking the time to read this and I hope to hear back with a reasonable answer soon.

Did it say on the cover of the DVD if it had disney rewards stuff or something like that?

Did you check the back of the DVD AND the front? they should have a sticker that says they have them.

on both DVDs there is a thing above the proof of purchase that says disney movie rewards.com find your magic code collect points get cool stuff

eh so i sent the contact us letter and they havn't responded (I sent it yesterday) does anyone think they will respond?

This happened to me once. I contacted Disney, and they asked me to fax them my receipt as proof of purchase, and then they sent me a code.
