Why doesn't anyone comment on my pictures or talk to me? I really want to leave this place, I talked to Lauren and Skyler about it and they agree with me, they said that maybe I should leave. So I am going to leave, I might be back, but I don't think I will. I have enough stress from my family and at school as it is, I really don't need more.As the title says, I really don't like feeling like a ghost. So I am leaving for that reason. I havn't been here that long and I already want to leave. Most places I sign up on I like (RuneScape, VMK & Pirates of the Caribbean Online). But this place I hate! I don't think anything will convince me to stay!!!

You haven't really given the forums a chance. You have posted 21 times and only one was a photo post asking for opinions (the one of the Corpse Bride photos, which were cool, btw). People responded to your "Phantom of the Opera" thread as well as other threads.

Keep in mind that you also joined during the holiday seasons (Thanksgiving, Christmas, etc) and people get very busy. That someone doesn't respond doesn't mean that people are trying to ignore you. Trust me, if I though every time a post of mine wasn't responded to I was being ignored I would need a therapy session. Ask Neoteny - our most frequent poster, not everything he writes gets a response.

If you choose to go, that is your decision but don't base that decision on your short experience here without giving it a chance.

Looking at your post count, you've only made 21 posts. Just because nobody's talked to you, doesn't mean that no one likes you. There are around 1000 users on the forums, not everyone knows everyone else.

You've only been on a couple months. VMKF takes a while to get into, take it from someone here for over 2 years.

If I were you, I'd at least give VMKF a bigger chance. I'm willing to be your friend, and I'm sure many people are too.

I know I'm going to make an effort to make you happier, and hopefully everyone else will follow suit!

Why do you feel like a ghost? how do you feel like a ghost? maybe you should talk to a few more people then just two. If you have stress at home and at school this is a good place to vent and relax, I am sure plenty of us will be willing to listen. Plus your new its hard to get noticed post alot make people notice you.

me too. u do only have 21 posts. u cant expect to be popular with in a short amount of time. you have been here for 1-2 months. i personally felt the same wen when i joined but i got over it within a month or so. But still i wouldn't leave if i was in your shoes

when i first joined VMKF and VMK i thought what in the world? no one is repling. But you have to give it time maybe you should have a friend on VMKF like me that could hang out with you on VMKF and VMK to help it soak in :D

Ok, I'm all of you staying here at VMKF, and I agree with SpinMarty's well-worded post. But please, you are blinding me with your excessive use of animated smileys xP

we all begin in the first months feeling alone here. people don't usually trust the new people. it will get better trust me once you figure out where everything is and how to do it all, your life here will be great. we will be one big happy VMK family. I know most people here and have seen them sometime on VMK and they can be very nice (with some exceptions). Don't worry have fun, enjoy being a kid as long as you may and VMK is a wonderful place. VMKF will always have room for you and many other members.

This place is a hugely busy place, it's easy to feel lost or not noticed. I hope you decide to stick around, there are some amazing people around here and it's an amazing resource for VMK as well :)

allymatey, it's changing out there. You'll like it! People who are different, they're time is coming! (HAIRSPRAY) Lol but seriously, it is kinda changing. Like, almost a year ago, i wrote only one story. I only had three comments on it. And now when i write my storeis, people love it! And to me, mine are all equal ratings! Try writing a story, and see if people like it! Try looking at their avatars and write about what they like. For example:

- You See A Whole Bunch Of Jack Skeleton Avatars, So Write A Story About Jack Skeleton Trying To Save Christmas Or Something -

From there, people will be listening to you and reading all of your posts bc they think if you have good stories, then the rest of your posts will be interesting too!!! TRY IT!!!!
