Some people recieved it on New Year's Eve, during the party.

Well, It was released as a Quest prize (I am not totally Sure, I just remember everyone had 1 time use) and alot of people were using there 1 time use walking around in the pirate treasure room, I personally got one and got 5000 credits But anyway, They were also given at occasional times on New Years :)

The magic was first released during the eBay Dreams Promotion near the end of 2006. Then it was re-released as a prize to mostly everyone during the New Years 2007 party. In 2007, it came back as a prize with the Epcot Entrance Guest Room in Epcot Quest 3. Finally, the magic came out again during this year's New Year's Eve Bash to the trivia winners. :)

I'm sure the magic will make a come back again this year, hopefully this month. :cool:
