Hey, Xiaolin. You need a certain program to work with animations. Either Photoshop (which I don't use for animations, because mine does not provide that feature) or Animation Shop. Try looking for them on some buying/selling sites.

Sorry, I'm not familiar with either of those programs. I have Photoshop Elements 4.0, which does not include Animation, nor does it come with ImageReady.
