Sometimes when I log onto VMK, the screen is super long and I have to scroll down to play. Here's a pic, but can someone explain it?

I know IE has a zoom. It's not zoomed. I logged on, then logged off, then logged back on ten minutes later, so it's not zoom. I don't even know how to do that!
