Yes, it is allowed in the VMK & Disney Audio/Video Forum (http://www.vmkforums.com/forums/forumdisplay.php?f=143) or on your userpage. A userpage would be easier to embed since it allows some html. I doubt you could embed a video on a normal post since it doesn't allow any form of html to be used.
