I need help with the third level.. Londons Dog.. I cant get passed the first part! I'm at the place where I have to get passed the guard but I dont know how! If anyone has this game and has passed this part can you please help me?

If I recall correctly you got to the left into this one room. Once there you use the vacume to suction cup to this platform moving up and down.
