How Do you Celebrate New Years? I Celebrate it by Hanging out with my Family and watching the ball Drop :)

I sit at home with my family, TV (disney channel), computer and whatever to pass the time. But it's much more easier staying up till 12 then when i was younger

Eh, I sit at home with family/vmk, and when it's 12, we turn on all the water in the house. xD

I usually celebrate it with friends and family =D

I usually stay home with my family and eat pizza, eat popcorn, watch movies, and play board games.

i do it by going to my father's friends house
drinking a whole bottle of sparking cider ( 4 year streak, man! )
watching the ball drop.. and sometimes playing vmk.

we go on a ski trip and party there with family

We get together with the Family and at 12 we eat 12 grapes and my grandma throws a bucket of water out the front door for good luck is a Spanish tradition. No we are not crazy.Lol

I celebrated last year by playing every stepfile I have in my StepMania folder, which took about 5 hours. I am going to do the same thing this year.

This year im getting the freedom to get to go somewhere.

Most years I just sit home with my family, but this time a few guys and girls are coming over until 1ish and we're going to celebrate together :)

when were there why spy on people and play manhunt-truth or dare, all kinds of fun stuff. then we do a countdown and shoot popers everywhere and watch fireworks that other people set off.

We eat hamhock and beans and shoot off fireworks.

Last year my family was at Disneyland. For years before that we stayed at home though and watched the fireworks outside our window.

I usually watch the fireworks and the count-down thing with my parents.
I don't really like New Years lol.

We go to a hotel with all of our cousins and watch the fireworks from the swimming pool. Also when it strikes 12, We all splash eachother. It is Real fun

Hehe, last year was a blast for meh.
My whole family and I went to Universal Studios on New Year's Eve and spent the whole day there.
We were gonna stay until midnight for fireworks but then we learned that Universal Studios doesn't shoot fireworks for New years.
So, about 11 o' clock we left.
I got home, watched the countdown but I fell asleep.
This year.. I'll probably just watch TV with my parents. :)

I don't really like new years that much. I mean It's just another holliday that I can't spend time with my friends. I get no freedom at all really. So usually i just do the same thing that I do almost every night during all of the breaks that schools give: Stay up until really early in the morning/late at night and then pass out.
I think I'm gonna try something new this year though. Better get my mind set to begging mode. Gotta beg my parents to either let me have at least 1 friend sleep over or sleep over at a friend's house. A holliday sleep over would be the closest thing to a party that wasn't birthday related.

EDIT: This year I have to go down to my Nana's house two hours away for my brother's birthday. (He was born on new years). So I feel like my family is trying to break my tradition when I don't want a tradition like that. -.- I'll probably have my parents buy me a bit of candy, soda, and some ice cream. Then I'll probably still stay up really late until I pass out. The take forever to get ready to leave. I have to be up before 7:00 A.M. Joy. I have always wanted to go somewhere other then my house for new years though. But only for New Years eve, because one of my neighbors always has new years parties, and they find it fun to throw their empty cans into my backyard and tease my dogs and shoot their bbguns at my dogs. My dad actually called the police on them last year. But the police never came. -.-

I usually stock up on caffine.... and then fall asleep four days later.

I go to a dance to celebrate

me and my best friend buy a bunch of tab and red bull,

and then we hang out in her apartment,
then on new years we set of the little popper things and bang pans
on her apartment roof.

This year we have people coming down from DE but we usually do the normal like fireworks and stuff. We could probably swim because it's been like 85.

Once I went to my best friend's house for New Year's. It was the best New Year's party I've ever been to.

Well i go to my cousins house and all my other cousins come too (i have a big family lol) and we have fun and do fireworks :D lol

My theater group has a big party every year, and we watch the ball drop. One year we went to NYC to watch it in person! I am never... ever doing that again. But every year is fun.

I usually go to a party or have people over :)
