How do you make animated sigs/avvies? What programs do you use and what should you save it under? (.jpg, .png, etc.) Can someone help me?

i use paint.. save under gif. or else if wont animate

I'm pondering on how you animate on paint..

Or do you just make different images on Paint and go on a site online and animate them?

I use paint a lot for small tasks that I don't need Photoshop for.

i use paint and then i have my own little program i made with some very expensive software- and i animate them

I have GIMP, Paint, and probablly Photoshop. How would you load it on to a photo hosting site? (VMKF Gallery, etc.)
