Recently I have not been on the forums as much as I used to. I thought, hey, it's the holidays, so why not do a tournament to give away some of the many items in my inventory? There will be many different challenges for you to do in order to get a prize. The prizes will be distributed after each task/challenge.

The VMK Face-off


In this tournament you will be doing many different things in the kingdom, including the following:

Looking for things in the Kingdom
Taking Screen-shots

When the deadline of a task ends, and I have the winner, you will be rewarded VMK items in the game. The top two of the challenge/task will get rewards. These are the items that could be distributed as prizes:

Good question DarthMelissa. Well we have about twelve players right now, which definitely will not be enough. So i would say definitely in between twenty or thirty. I've got like nine or ten tasks in mind, so we'll just have to see how many people sign up.

If less people sign up, the tournament will just have less tasks.

Waffles, you almost have it. Try this.
Go to your picture in the gallery, then right click on it and choose properties. There you should see the url of the picture. Highlight and copy it. Then come to this thread and post. You'll need to click the Insert Image, then paste the url in. It should turn out like this:

Task One

Objective: Post a picture of a recorded score obtaining more then 30,000 points in Jungle Cruise.

The three (3) highest scorers will be awarded prizes. The three (3) players who do not submit a score, or are the last to submit their scores will be eliminated.

The deadline of the task will be the 18th of January.

The first three players that submit a score above 45,000 will recieve a bonus prize.

My problem exactly.

Well we have nine. I repeat, nine photos so far.

I don't think the rest are going to turn in their scores by the deadline, so I'm not sure what I'm going to do yet..

This unfortunately is how the other tournaments have gone at the start. I'd suggest dropping the people that haven't participated this round and maybe just eliminate just 1 person for the next few rounds to help make up for the lack of people participating. Just my two cents :)

A quick pointer. Don't EVER EVER EVER hit the arrow key to move the boat faster. You do that and you won't last all 3 trips through. Back and side is fine, but not forward :) Once I figured that out I've never had a problem scoring over 45k since.

Sadly, I'm just very disappointed with people. The least they could do was to post saying they were having trouble just to let me know they were trying.. So i've come to a decision to just end it. I'm not going to post here for one-third of the people signed up to turn in their tasks. It's not worth it for me, and it's CERTAINLY not worth it for the people who want new tasks and such.

I will give everyone a prize that has participated on a certain day, so please post when YOU are available and I will get you a random prize.
