While creating individual character pages would not be appropriate for our wiki, editors who wish to include information about their VMK character can do so on their own editor User page.

But like a history of an individual character, say who has had lost of account changes... something like that. Not like a social networking page or anything.

The wiki at Disney's Online Worlds is trying to capture information about the game as a whole - not about a particular person's activities on VMK or their account on VMKF. If you want to tell the world about yourself, you can use something like the userpages here on the forum.

I'm not sure what you'd expect to put on the wiki about your own account changes.

The wiki is a place for information.... not like a user page thing.

If anyone would like to make a page or two about their VMK character, I think it would have to be somewhere else besides the Wiki. Probably make your own site about characters?
