Do you do quests made by other players?

It really depends on the player and the quest more than the prize. If they're poorly written or random, I tend to quit mid-way through. If they are clever, well written, and tell a story, I'll try to do them.

I have to agree with this reply. I've learned not to care as much about the prize as how fun the quest is. In most scenarios, playing pirates would be more fun than the quest - so I don't tend to do many of them, but the ones that I complete are the ones that I find enjoyable. If you can make my time worthwhile (meaning more fun than playing a game of potc), you'll have my vote for Best Quest ;)

I love to do quests made by other players because it always gives me new ideas for quests for myself.

I don't care WHAT the prize is either.

My friend and I will go questing just to have fun and have a good time. The best prize we've gotten so far were Ned shirts from an all about Ned quest. It makes me smile whenever I see the silly shirt just because I remember fun times I had with a good friend :)

Well, I would say sometimes because people that I don't know very well, I wouldn't do it especially if it's someone I hate. I would do quests from friends but I really don't want to. If I never did it, I would feel really bad.

A follow up to my earlier comment...

I've done some outstanding quests that will never stand a chance of winning. Why? Because the "average" VMK'r wouldn't finish it. I did a Pirates of the Caribbean quest recently that was based on the updated ride and movies and it was difficult. Took me about 35 minute to do it, with a lot of wrong answers along the way, but the quest was VERY well thought out and I learned a lot about the ride that I didn't know before!

So I'd say that you shouldn't let the prizes determine if you want to do the quest or not, I'd do any and all quest that is available to you. Never know when you might meet new friends or make some great memories or even better, learn new things!

Normally I only do the quests when I actually play, and are looking for prizes for a game that I am creating/created. During the time, I usually find very short quests that are easy, no matter what the quality. The prize must be good as well. I am lazy. ^^

When I get the chance, I do. Otherwise, not really.

I enjoy doing the Host's Quests. Other player's Quests are okay, but it really depends on the prize. If it's something I can buy/and or I already have it - then I probably will not play the Quest. If it's something I would like to have in my inventory, then I'll give the Quest a try!

Eh. sometimes i used to.

I do them sometimes. Usually I don't play quests that hardly make any sense...but I do play player's quests every once in a while.

I do them, and make them as well :) I never win anything, so prizes mean nothing to me.. lol Sadly tho, half the quests out there seem to be made pretty poorly (sorry..), and when you can't get past the first 3 questions without having to ask the owner a question about it (or you KNOW the answer, yet it does not work.. like that Nightmare before christmas one a while ago..), you can tell its going to be a rough ride. But as long as i can understand your tasks, count me in! :)

its more fun to see how creative people can be, than to worry about winning a prize if you ask me.. plus, no offense to anyone who is just after the prizes, but you have to realize that they add up FAST.. you could have things in there worth only 100 credits each, but add 20 of those EVERY DAY and you'll understand why sometimes its not that easy to always have really awesome prizes all the time..

I used to do them, but I stopped after a while. I find it very hard to win on user-created quests, so I don't even bother. They're more of a boredum buster.
