I heard today that they had released blue minnie back in July this year. I do not know if this is true or not, so im asking if it is. lol!

Not true, whoever said that is a little liar.

This is unverified information, unless they can back it up with proof (such as showing us in-game, providing an UNEDITED picture, etc). If it is true, then it would be classified as an accidental release of an item. Until we have an evidence supporting this theory, we will consider it not true.

The person who told you this is more than likely misinformed or lying about the release of this item.

Blue Minnie has never been released, and I personally have never even heard of it.

Wasn't there such a big confusion about that? I am most sure it was a rumor, because a rumor around July did say that minnie hat will be on sale again. It, of course, was never released. I think there were many rumors, as blue minnie hat, to the blue flip hat. And we never saw them on sale.

There was. At the end of July, I even told my sister to trade her minnie like I'd traded my Peter Pan hat. She didn't trade her minnie, and I got a great deal off of trading my Pan.

At first, I was VERY put off by the Wiki, but I promise if you go spend a little time over there, you'll be amazed at how well organized it is. I actually don't have trouble finding stuff over there, I think it's pretty straightforward. Next time you are in line for a room or something, don't get the vmk pass. Just wait and go visit the wiki for a few minutes :)
