Hi! i was a bit confused when they told you how to name your room your entering in the contest. they said to name it 'Gingerbread house ( your players name here ) ' but can we name something else besides gingerbread house with our players name ?

Nope, just like they said it. Be lucky you can enter, Contact Us won't accept my name when I enter it. :(

I can't fit the entire title into the room name option. how is that fair? So only certain players can participate?

I will assume they will fix it so we can actually type our names in our room titles again. ;)

Judging will start the 26th. These contests take time so prizes will take lonnnnng time to get delivered. SO to be simple there are no prizes being given right now.

I managed to catch HOST_Phinny during her HOST event. I asked about what to do if the room title doesn't fit for the competition. She says:

Oh ouch .. i know I'm not the only 1 with '' virtualmagic '' .. as a start in their names, but maybe the judges will be able to read the description. :xwink:

i am really worried about one thing.... ok... well yesterday i thought they were judging it so everybody came to my room like ' omg this is gonna win ' and now im afraid if somebody is gonna copy... or they took some of my ideas :(

Baseball, if someone took your idea (and believe me, someone WILL), I wouldn't sweat it! I've been copied a thousand times before and their rooms isn't even NEAR the original!

I would just leave the room locked till the start of judging. That way, nobody can possibly see your room till then.

Be sure to type it in exactly how your title is, it would not accept Cooledcoyote for me because my title does not have the capital "C" at the beginning, it took "Gingerbread House cooledcoyote" and counting spaces, I think it just fit.

No point in this now since they closed it already.

yea, the original is better than a copy, always.
I'm keeping my room set on only myself can enter until the 25th ;)
