Jazz is a cute name. :) Our dog is called Jonah. He is so different from all the other Scotties we have owned. At times he can be crazy and running around the house, and at other times he can be asleep in your lap. He also like Animal Planet. He will jump at the TV and bark, lol!

I totally agree with this statement.
We got ours cheaper ( it was expensive ) but cheaper. And ours was pure bred. I don't believe the amount that you stated above Ferret, I must say.

On TMNT There is a rat named Splinter, and that is my dog's name because he is a RAT terrier! ) They are both very lovable:)

We have a Poodle named Bridget Michelle, a Jack Russel Terrier named Sugar Cane and a mix named Oddball. His coloring is so weird. Sort of looks like a tiger. Maybe we should have named him Tiger. LOL! We love them all. They are so sweet. We also have a mess of cats. Tory, Calico, Heidi,Oreo, Puff, Kelly, Penny and Sasha. We did have one named Golden but he disappeared.:mad: Well, that is all our pets. All spoiled I might add. Angel Fancy

Mines a golden retriever and shes so cute! Although she is a greedy thing! I recommend not to get strong breeds like rottweilers if you live in an Urban area simply because they need space and plenty of exercise, otherwise they get very frustrated. Where I come from, a rottweiler has killed a 1 year old and to be honest its either inproper breeding (puppy farming), lack of stimulus or mismanagement of providing care. I've seen dogs from these breeds and they have usually been cute and have a nice temperment because they have been well cared for.
Its a rant I know but what I'm saying is if your considering a pet dog its crucial that you know that it has a strong bloodline (i.e. not been mated with its family members) and that you can care for it well and provide it with exercise and attention.
