I don't have any school today, and it didn't even start snowing yet! I plan to go out shopping =3. Anyone else get a snow day?

We have not gotten any snow yet... but i hope we get some soon. It has not snowed in 2 years :xsad:

We have snow on the ground from 4 or 5 days ago

umm .. it's always snowing were I'm living right now, every December and sometimes November. But it was weird when we had snow in July before :xshocked:

It Snowed SO Hard Last Tuesday, The Snow Is Still There, But For the Entire Period, We Haven't Gotten A Snow Day. Probably Bc I Live 3 Minutes Away From My School o_o

Snow started around 7:30am for me; and now it stopped LOL. It wasn't snowing when they declared it a snow day.

The most snow i've seen was about 6 years ago and that was only 1/2 an inch!

The Last Big Snow Storm Was Back in '92

I have a snowday. It isn't snowing yet either. 0_o We're supposed to get 10 inches

WELL.. they called for a snow storm, rain and sleet/ice, BUT all we've had so far is rain.. I was SO disapointed I didnt have a snow day. Lucky for me I have a "sore throat" :xwink:.

Well sort of. All the schools in the district got out around noon do to the fact that we are getting heavy snow until late tonight. 8-12 inches, so most likely tomorrow will be the snow day.

it didnt start snowing yet and we still got a snow day but now theres tons coming downn we have at least 4-6 inches noww

No way! There is a ton of ice and sleet, but whoever decides if we have school or not will only let us out of school if we have like 5 feet...it's terrible. Last year it took me 3 hours to get to school on the bus because there was so much ice, but we still had school. It's really terrible.

I left early. I was sure that the bus drivers woun't want to drop the kids off at 3:00 when it ges worse

It doesn't snow where I live. The last time it flurried was when i was around 3 and 30 years ago we got snow but it didnt stick to the ground. Sometimes we get hail storms ( does that count LOL? )We got rain , humidy and hurricanes.. think hulga will hit us @_@? Better not , i want power for christmas day lol

We had one Tuesday. But, that was a mistake. The meteorologists were forecasting heavy snow, with a possible ice storm. And, we got very little snow.

Well, we had a few inches of snow a week ago. We had Monday and Tuesday off because the roads were icy. So we only have to go 3 days this week. Go slick roads. :)

My house had so much snow but still no snow day

Well, we didn't have a snow day today. We had a two hour delay on Wednesday, which was super nice because I just went back to sleep. We might have one tomorrow, it's insanely snowing out there. Go snow go!! :xmas35::xmas35:

Honestly, I'm still wearing shorts, a t-shirt, and maybe a hoodie with temperatures in between the 70's and the 40's (It's been pretty cool with highs in the 50's) so I might have to wear jeans but no big deal.

No snow here! The first time in forever we got snow last year. It didn't snow near my house, but it snowed at my school. It was really unexpected. I didn't really get to play in it, but it got me out of PE. Oh, AND I threw a snowball at my enemie's head! It didn't hurt her, but all of my friends laughed, that was pure genious. :xmikec:

Lucky! Where I live it has been in the low 30s! latly it has been at least two degrees away from the freezing point. But even if if does reach freezing, and then rains, it will never snow, because for it to snow you need weather below freezing, but you also need clouds. When there are clouds in my city, the clouds just bring heat. It snowed hear about eight years ago, before I moved hear. And it never snowed wear I used to live. :xcry:
But I hope there is at least some fog before next Friday. I really need to catch up o my sleep.:xrolleyes:

I had half and half, meaning it didn't really snow, more like rained and was freezing cold. Anyways, the schools were deciding to have a 2-Hour Delay or just close for the day. Finally, the news reported that most of the schools in the area were to be closed because of freezing temperatures and puring down rain, but no snow what-so-ever ;D

Nah, I live in the California. I hate California, it's so foggy.
But I usually hate snow, anyways.
We'd probably die if it snowed here, our heater has been broken for four years, now.
