i was in the vmk fan site room - red when i saw a train teleporter
i couldn't find it in the catolauge

even more to my amasment i entered another room to see a space age teleport
it isn't in the catolauge either

does anyone know about these? is it a reward for something?

The train teleporter is currently available as a prize for the in-park quests. Both will be available (I am assuming) when those lands open up (Frontierland and Tomorrowland)

Yeah, the train teleporter in the red room is mine: I won it on the VMK Insider's Tour at Disneyland.

the space teleporter was won on the insider tour at wdw

alot of these you will see in testers rooms, like baby and squeakytoy have alot of cool stuff we can not purcahse at this time or alyuen. according to alot of the VMK Staff these items will be available for purchase soon, to go with the rooms that will be available, bolth before the new lands are open, and after.
