Hello, as you may or may not know me. My name is Goosebumps on VMK.. Well here is my problem..

One day when I was logging into VMK, it brought me to this new player screen. I was like oh no! They can't do this to me...

Well, I have tried contacting support and they won't email me back. I keep telling them that I can't login and I know I have been active with the 6 month rule.

Can any of you help me?

I think this maybe the second day.. However, the first email I sent never got replied to. This is my 2nd one.

I don't know but why couldn't VMK send me a message saying that my name was inappropriate rather than leaving me in the blue?

Also if I had to make a new name--- Why does it still bring me to the new player screen? Will my stuff be lost?

Six months can fly by without you relizing it.

I seriously don't think it could be the 6th months. I never had a ban in my life. I don't know really it's all confusing!

Just to let you know, that they aren't dead. It will take a while, because they probably receive many reports each day. The only reason I could think was because of 6 months. I have heard of someones getting lost after 3 months. I hope you get it back.

I lost a mule after 1 month, so it's really possible that you got lost.

Have you since tried logging in again? Just in case?

BTW, contact us does usually get back to you, just not in a timeframe that YOU want. I sent in a really big issue once and they got around to it like a month later, which was frustrating, but still, they eventually replied.

Sort of off topic, but I love how VMKF is importing all of the avatars used in the POForums. Everyone's using my old one from POF, LOL.

Anyway, I'm sorry to hear this. The only thing that I can think of is that VMK may have thought that goosebumps is an innappro name just because they're like that sometimes. Or it's a bug.

Exciting news guys/gals! I am back in VMK! :) Everything seems to be intact!

EDIT: For some reason I thought I was supposed to have 1k+ credits. Not sure though. lol! Maybe my brain is acting up??

I will probably have to take database every now and then from now on.
