on the day of Dec. 31 i will start to lower the New year ball until it is complete hidden then that means it is the year 2008.

Ok, first off I'm making sure of things, I'm not trashing your room. There's no need to be all defensive.

I'm asking are you saying you're the FIRST to make a room about New Years? Because you're not, that's what everyone is doing, everybody is making New Years rooms. If you're talking about you made the design of the room, then you are right. But if not, no. Because you're not the only one who has made a room called "Happy New Years".

Yes, but you didn't create the term "New Years." Everyone can have a party if they want to, you can't just say everyone that has a New Years party is copying your idea. Now if they use the exact same furniture in the exact same room in the exact same spot, then yes, I would say that is copying.

i not saying they copy i just saying i was first to open this year i never said i made the new year room and was only one allowed i just saying it made this one and opend before new year ok lets just drop it this is time to party and have fun!
