I was trading with one of my friends. Her Ref Hat for my Green Space Pants. I accpeted trade, and got my Ref Hat. After we traded, she put on her Space Pants.

About 20 minutes later, I was in a Cute or Boot. I was looking through my pants and found my Green Space Pants. Look at the first paragraph, I traded them. I only had one pair too! I don't know how I got them back, but it was scary weird! Does anyone know how?

Maybe the pants didnt like the person you traded them too so they ran back to you! LOL

This happend to me too sometimes before with items, maybe it was there but you didnt see it as 2 only 1. Like how with the new inventory layout. They dont show each an every item, they put them all together and then tally it up. And sometimes the first page numbers of the items repeats onto the other pages as a bug so maybe it said 1 but you really had 2.

Either they were never traded in the first place and you accidently traded something else, you had two of them, or you just got the good side of some glitch. Happy Holidays. :)

It's probably only a memory leak, once I traded an item and still had one pair of this particular item left in my inventory. I found out later that everybody in the guest room was doing either magic, dancing or waving. So I decided to log back out and go back online, I no longer had it in my inventory.

No, I saw the girl today and she was wearing them.

Not to bump this up or anything, but it happened again! I was trading with my other character (who's new) to give her some free stuffs. I was searching through my inventory in the trade and I had two party hats! I only bought one and I don't remember trading for one... As slow as it is, I think I'm lucky to have this computer!

Just a thought... Maybe a quest ended and you got space pants as the prize like 5 seconds after the trade was over? Quests usually don't announce that u have gotten the prize if it is the "best time wins" kind

Oh I don't do any Player Quests but that would be a good reason...

Possibly the person didn't accept the trade, because they already had the space pants. Are you sure they didn't close the trade before you sent them over?

i know it's weird cause im 1000% sure i did trade my minnie and its back !!!! ill try it or rarer items :D
