I have a couple questions involving DMR that I was hoping someone could answer. If you don't know all of them, that's fine, but if you do know an answer to one please post it.

1. When you send in movie tickets to get points, do you get 50 points per ticket (I sent in 4, which i think is the maximum aloud) or just 50 points for them all?

2. When you send the tickets in, do they send you back a code or do they add the points to your account?

Thanks,
Ace

I mailed in three tickets from Enchanted today. I was also wondering if it's 50points per ticket. I think they may send an e-mail notification that your DMR account has been credited with the points. Since this is a new way to earn points through DMR it should be interesting to see how long the whole process takes. I will keep ya posted. :tg21: LOL

Thanks. :) I sent in 4 tickets for Dan in Real Life about 3 days ago. Since the place is in a different state i'm not surprised it's taking this long but i'll check my e-mail right now to see if i get a notification.

1.) When sending in your movie ticket stubs it is 50 points per ticket (Max. 4 stubs per moviel; per account). So you can get up to 200 points per movie by seeing them in theatres and sending in your ticket stubs :)

2.) When sending in your ticket stubs they will just add the points to your account when received. You shouldn't get the form you filled out or ticket stubs back through the mail.

Thanks for the answers. I just found out that it takes 2-3 weeks to get the points credited to your account, so I was really hoping i'd get the full 200 points.

Nobody have that answer yet on Fandango tickets?
Will they accept those?

Do you mean the printout tickets? I think they only accept the ticket stubs. I was reading the FAQ and it said that you have to have ticket stubs to get points.

Still not sure.
Again, your best bet would probably be calling and speaking with a rep :)

They have a number you can call if you have any questions. But they also have an e-mail where you can send questions too. Since I know DMR is not open on holidays or weekends, you should probably use the e-mail now so that you don't have to remember to call on Monday.

Almost 99.99% of the time they can not do much over e-mail and they will refer you to call their office number and speak with a representative for further assistance. I have dealt with them a few times and each e-mail referred me to call the number ;)

Oh, did you call the number? I'm sure if you did, they'd be able to answer your question.

I received my e-mail notification from DMR tonight telling me I earned 150 points for the 3 Enchanted Moive tickets I redeemed and it only took 1 week to complete the process. When I checked my account on the website my points were there! Yay! This is not a bad way to get DMR points.

Yes, you can only redeem 4 tickets at a time for a moive on 1 account. You would have to use a differnet account to redeem the other 2 tickets. Hope this helps! :4622:
