And what a very bad idea of VMK to make it One Time Use for 7 days and non-tradeable?
what a waste of points i have dont!
VMK is wrong is ppl getting this also??

i used my points redeemed for inferno and my web browser closed
i go back on account to see if i got code and i didnt and it took my points
i use contact us and DMR help center DMR didnt reply VMM said they cant help at all

Yea Contact us has never been a help to me. When ever i send in something i get a "We received your message safely."
Christygirlya 11-22-2007, 01:21 AM If this is about the movie rewards, I think the inferno magic that you get there is a real inferno. Not a 7 day use. Sorry, if this isn't what you meant, but I couldn't understand what you were saying.

yes this was a code reward from disney movie i earn it 2 days ago and they didnt work until now i try it again i report this like 3 time and never get the help done! but i see now when i enter it it was a single use i really dont know if this will keep as like only for 7 days use a magic that cost real money by buy movies to get a code to only use it for 7 days wow im very dissapointed... thats all i mean..

Send a message to VMK using Contact Us. Provide the code and say that you were supposed to get unlimited use Inferno and you got a single use Inferno with the code.

I don't have enough points yet for Inferno, but I'm definitely not getting it until VMK can prove it's unlimited use. If it is only single-use, I'm back to saving points for the Mickey Window....

so this mean vmk give it a wrong pin.
Well now a friend tell me she talk to VMK_Hula and she said is a bug they are fixing it now so ppl dont waste the magic single use yet u can be surprised later with a unlitmites use!

If staff cannot figure out what you're talking about, they won't be able to help.

I see what you were saying about Inferno, it's a huge error by VMK. I'll bet that they will get it fixed soon. Hopefully, several players did not just cheaply trade away their Infernos for the wrong reason!
