View Full Version : Inferno Movie Rewards Code NOT Working!
mickey1970mouse 11-20-2007, 09:40 PM Oh No! I just redeemed my 650 points for Inferno got a code and It says its not a valid code. I have other pople around me check the code and I entered it several times. To get the same message. Not Valid Code. Ahhhhhhhhh!
I have sent a help message thought VMK and Movie rewards, anything esle I can do?? This cant be good. Ahhhhhhhhhh!:eek::eek::eek::eek:

KrazyLuke 11-20-2007, 09:51 PM This usually happens when something new comes out with VMK codes. It seems that the VMK system does not recognize the code(s) yet. I have enough points, but will be waiting to redeem for my Infernos.

TravisSch 11-20-2007, 09:53 PM Please send a message to Contact Us using the "My code isn't working" (or something like that) option. They will most likely send you a reply back asking for more information like where the code is from, what the actual code is, etc. Send another message to Contact Us then (using the same option) and give them that info. They will try to fix your code if you tried to put it in already.

I suggest all of you people out there to wait to redeem your inferno(s) until VMK has recognizes the codes, just like KrazyLuke said. I'm doing the same ;D:pilgrim:

Shouldn't it already? How long should it take for VMK system to do this? Days , hours?

If you actually call disney and get connected with a Person Incharge of the Online Games, They will tell you that they dont deal with VMK Because it is free. So if you spend the points, and recieve no inferno/item. Your out that many points.

You are incorrect. Codes do work if you get them from the Disney Rewards site. I have gotten things in the past this way. I tried the inferno code today. Unfortunately, it did not work. I wrote to Contact Us. They will fix it.

VMK Shorty messaged me to send in my code, how I received it, the error message I was getting, and what item it was for. I used the emergency help tool in the game to ask if they were aware of the situation, and whoever responded to that sent me a message that said this, "We are currently experiencing difficulties with codes issued as part of the Disney Movie Rewards program. Please submit your code via the contact us tool for redemption."
