Today I redeemed the mickey window from the disneymovierewards site. I noticed the point value had gone down to 450 points. Anyway, when i received my code it was not working when i typed it in on VMK! I wrote to Contact Us on their site, and they said they'd respond in 3 business days. I received a confirmation e-mail:

So you've chosen a digital reward, congratulations! You're just a few clicks away from enjoying your reward. But before we get to that, this email is a receipt which confirms that you redeemed 450 points for a VMK Mickey Mouse Window.

Your digital code is: _____________

Log on to www.vmk.com and enter the game. Once inside the game use the navigation bar to select the code entry screen. Input a valid code and your character will be rewarded with the virtual home theater prize package.

There was more, but this is the main point ^^. Notice they said in the last sentence, "...virtual home theatre prize package." So anyways, I'm REALLY confused, and really frustrated because I don't want to receive nothing for my points. Has anyone else had this problem? Any suggestions on anything else I can do? Thanks (-:

Dude I got the same message as you did! I was wondering if you '' get the theater home set ''. But once I already put in the code again I didn't receive it. So I'm confused as you are.

That may have been an automated message that was not updated for the new prizes. That's just a guess. I woudn't worry to much.

I wrote to contact us on VMK and they said something like, "there seems to be a problem with your code. Codes usually have 16 characters and 3 hyphens." This was my reaction: o_O

Because I was entering in a 16 digit code, with the 3 hyphens. Anyways, I'm just gonna wait it out and see if this problem gets resolved. =/
