How come I can still play Pirates of the Caribbean online in limited without paying? What does it mean by limited?

How come I can still play Pirates of the Caribbean online in limited without playing? What does it mean by limited?


Do you mean w/out paying? (I'm guessing playing is a typo?). You can play for free but the game has limited features. To have full access to all the game has to offer (more ships, more islands, more quest etc.) you have to pay.
