I was wondering how many people go to free rooms here, and your opinions on them.

I did go to free rooms, when I didn't have much stuff. Sometimes I host games to give away stuff.

but you can get stuff to reward random people without really losing anything ^_^

I chose no BUT, when a friend tells me to go bc there is a real give away I go :)

Well kind of. Once I was doing an experiment where i pretended i was really poor (took pins off and dressed in cheap clothing) And someone showed up with a bird hat. It's really mean how the guests are to the ones with so much rare. Who cares if they have rare? everybody likes free!

I dont even bother going there .. unless my friends are there .. then there something going on there ;)

I don't because most of the time you have to play a game, the owner isn't there, the owner wants you to trade for it, or something goes wrong and staff shows up to close the room. That's only most of the time though. I'm not saying all of them are like that.

No, the owners are pathetic, the people just sit there acting stupid thinking the owners actually gonig to come back. Haha. Yeah, no. LOL I went once and guess what I got?!?! Like OMG I got a pink skirt. LOL, I could get that anytime I needed . . .

I don't go to free rooms because I believe that people can earn their own items. Just play some games to earn the credits - and purchase the furniture, pins, clothes or anything else with their own VMK Credits. It's really not that hard.

I go, I'm not afraid to admit it. I have people that ask me for free all the time, so I use the stuff I get from there to give to them. That way I'm not using my own stuff ;)

Yes, I do go to free rooms. No, I do not get in line or anything, I just watch :)

No, I could play a game of pirates in the time of waiting in line, and probably get more than I would've gotten at the room.

Those free rooms are a waste of time to me. I didn't even go to them when i was a guest. =)

No.. cause 99.99% of the time it's a scam... or it's not what they say it is. Plus, I like earning my items not getting them for free =) I could probably play and win 21 pirates games in the time it takes to get a free buyable item.

I used to when I was a brand new VMK player, And now I think it is just a waste of your VMK time. You should earn the stuff instead of get it from someone else. ;)

Once, when I needed a bunch of gray crates. The girl only gave me ten, so it was a waste of time.

I used to a lot when I was new..But now I don't really go there..I only go when I'm really trying to build a room or something and lots of free rooms I used to go to they me furniture..So yeah..

I've always thought these rooms funny. I mean, it's nice that they give out a free item, but on the flip side, they'll give out all their free then start begging in public areas again!

I had a friend that used to give everything out, I don't know what happened to her, but when I went to her house, no rare. She wasn't even wearing rare, no rare pins, no nothing.

I used to spend my time as a guest going crazy to get in line for a free room! It was so funny like every time I went into the room the owner wasn't there xD Once I finally got my name I played Mansion because I thought Pirates was a waste of credits since you had to pay to play, boy was I wrong ;D So know I am finacially stable and I never go into those kinds of rooms now.

Lol. That's one of the only reasons i DO go, it's fun to throw a party behind the owners back, and when they try to get back they find a 5 person queue waiting to get in. :tongue:

I've never been to a free room, and never plan on going to one.

I used to--just to see what the whole big deal was, just to find a ownerless room with a bunch of people complaining of the wait.
So I stopped.

I picked yes. ( dumb me ) Well who don't want free? But owner is never there. When the owner is there, you get there, the owner crashes, leaves, or doesn't give free to you for a dumb reason.

I do. I think they're pretty cool, and sometimes you come across rooms that give out some pretty valuable things, which is always nice.

However, I know they can definately get out of hand a lot of times, and when they do, I simply leave. It's as easy as that, really.

Me too, although it doesn't happen often. The free rooms that i've gotten the more rare items from were rooms that say "Going out of business" or "Leaving VMK". :) I'd try those, if you choose to go to a free stuff room.

I went to a leaving VMK room today and i was the first person to wave so I got all of the owners stuff. Not much rare but lots of stuff :)
