For once VMK didn't sent a two sentence message back. Here is the reply I got about all the problems that are going on with VMK.
Not sure if this will help anyone.

This is what I sent: I am not sure what is going on with VMK, but the past couple of days the game has not been working right.
The cool stuff link to the monorail, Bayou and Main Street court yard is not working.
To enter a popular room you have to wait in line or the game crashes and the fast pass option is missing.
I hope very soon that you get these problems fixed.

This is VMK's reply:

Thank you for sharing your problem with us.

We have forwarded this issue to our technical team for review.

In the meantime, please make sure that you have the most recent version of Shockwave installed on your computer, and that you have a good connection to the internet. These are the two most common reasons for problems in the game.

Below are some other things you can check to make sure your system is configured properly to play VMK…

ACTIVE X
In many work and school environments, Active X is disabled and you may be locked out of the option to enable it. If so, we suggest trying the game from home.

CACHE
Make sure your browser’s cache is cleared. This will ensure that when you restart the game, the most recent information is displayed. This will also force your browser to reload the entire screen, so it may take a few minutes to get started again.

CUSTOM SECURITY LEVEL
If you are using a custom security level on your browser, make sure that Active X controls are enabled in your Preferences menu.

POP UP BLOCKERS
If you currently have pop up blockers enabled on your browser, you may have difficulty logging into VMK. CYBERSITTER
If you are using Cybersitter to access VMK, you will need to allow access to the following URLs for VMK to work:

www.vmk.com
Disney.go.com
Go.com
Secure.disney.go.com
Avmk.disney.go.com
www.nick.com
download.virtualmagickingdom.com
www2.virtualmagickingdom.com
game.virtualmagickingdom.com

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Your computer must meet a minimum set of requirements in order to run VMK. Please refer to http://vmk.disney.go.com/vmk/en_US/help/index?name=SystemRequirementsPage for more information. If your computer does not meet the listed requirements, you will experience difficulties with VMK.

MICROSOFT INTERNET EXPLORER SECURITY POP UPS
This popular browser requires you to click “yes” to the statement “This page contains both secure and nonsecure items. Do you want to display the nonsecure items?”

PORTS
Your computer must be permitted to make a connection to the VMK servers using a special protocol required by Shockwave. If you are using a personal firewall or are accessing the internet from a firewall-protected office, it may block access to VMK. See the above list of addresses which need to be accepted (under CYBERSITTER). For the game to function, TCP ports 80, 30000-30004, 30061, and 30062 must also be open.

Though you may not receive another message from us regarding this issue, please know that we are researching the cause of the problem and will work hard to fix it.

Once again, we thank you for sharing this issue with us and are working on the problem.

Thanks and see you in VMK soon!

That reply is an automated reply. I think it just sent it to you, because your wrote "problems" and "fixed"

it's an interesting answer.. even if it's an automatic one (I'm not confirming it is) you got useful information in it.
Thank you for sharing with us. :)

Nice, but unfortunatley not helpful in this instance since it's obviously an issue on their end and not our individual computers. But still, better than nothing! Let's keek our fingers crossed that they fix this soon!

It's nice to get a reply even if it is a form reply, but basically they said it's not VMK 's fault that it stopped working for you, so it must be your fault. If you haven't made any changes then it's probably not true.

Thanks for sharing Lady! Unfortunately this is just another one of VMK's cannned responses. I received the same reply several times last month when I reported the problem with fireworks crashing. They are well aware of the technical problems the game is having but are either unwilling or unable to correct them. Just blame it on the players, how sad :( Once again shame on you Disney and VMK.

I didn't even notice the nick.com, how odd is that disney would add that to there list, lol.

I asked Fin about the queue problem last night, and she told me they are aware of it and trying to fix it.

This is an Automatic Reply [ [ excuse my spelling ] ]
Since you sent it under problems, this is known as an Automatic reply.

I was just reading this one, and I think some of you may be reading it wrong.

Yeah, it may be a "canned" response, but did you notice that it was sent by a real person? We all know Shorty is a real person. Perhaps he reads these, and actually forwards them on to the right people, and then selects the canned response? I mean, It's not Shorty's response...it's a canned response...but Shorty actually sent it...and he's a real person.

Did you also stop to think that perhaps the reason the response is written that way is to give you every possible means to make sure that everything you use is up-to-date in case there is something you can do to help solve the problem? I mean, just because they list out the most common reasons why new players have problems with the game playing on their computers, doesn't mean that they think it's YOUR fault...

I don't know...I just think we're being really hard on this reply thing. I got one of these a week ago when I reported the Fireworks game, and I thought it was great to be able to have more information than I needed to figure out whether or not it was my computer...rather than wait a month for a reply from Disney with just a simple "We're working on the problem". This at least let me DO something to see if I could solve it myself.

VDF.

Hmm, seems automatic because VMK don't have that type of time to write all of that.
Odd for Shorty to write you a loooong letter.

EDIT: Oops sorry for bad grammar. I mean doesn't. VMK doesn't have that type of time..
