That is the water ripple effect from the Peter Pan ride. Fin put it on top of the water carpet. I hope it does come out because I want to put those in my waterpark room. :)

I saw that! It's pretty cool. Also in back there is a boulder looking thing, I was
staring at it for quite a while lol
