I think it's a couple hundred, normally. I had a lot of lag too, then went in at around 220 and dropped all the way down to the 192 mark, and now I'm already at 172. I think a lot of people may be disconnecting.

About 200 people will get in the room, of which maybe 40-50 will actually request the grand pin. That's just a drop in the bucket compared to how many actually exist.

i started at 87 at 8:30 and now at 8:38 im 78. Yeah for Haunted Mansions! That's what I need! But I am so mad with myself. Today i sold my bat magic back to vmk!! I was trying to get rid of some of those stupid one-time-use ones and clicked my good one for sell! So I have to wait another year to buy it again! :-(

What they need to do is have two hosts trading in the same room and lines so you can only trade with one of them. :cool: That way it will go faster and they will still be able to keep track of everyone that they traded with.

well haunted mansion were for trade last month but the trade rooms weren't that easy to get into, there were only 2 trade days, and the days it was open VMK crashed both times. that is probably why they are trading them this month also (or at least they are trading them today)

I started at 112 in line, and am now at 83, so I might get in. I'll probably get Ezra since that's the only mansion pin I don't have.

I agree with LadyBella. Until the calendar page is updated I will not hold my breath this will be on every Thursday this month. As for doing the trades for only one day - they missed out twice last month. Once for Phinny's vacation and once for the maze events. Maybe they are just making up for that, hence the fact the HM pins were being offered again. (Also didn't VMK shut down for maintence during another Trade session. Phinny did redo it on a Sunday, but if you weren't a member of a fansite or friends with one you would not have known).

Also, looking at the picture that was posted, the room looks rather bare as though quickly made up. Almost as though Phinny did not have much time to design it properly.

i'm still getting the queue too long thing..... i think anybody who didn't get in with the first few people are hung out to dry. this is not even within the city limits of being remotely fair. they should get their bugs fixed first before opening an event they KNOW will have many ppl in line. the line keeps jumping in number for me too. this is ridiculous. and whoever got in, congrats you're one of probably 10-15 ppl it actually let through.

This is the way it was before VMK pass was put in. Anyone remember clicking and clicking for hours until you are lucky enough to break in? That was the worst!

Yeah, but you could see the real queue back then and you knew 40 people could get in. It doesn't help that we don't know what the real queue size is, if there is one, or if we can even get in when people do leave. Has anyone managed to get into the room after getting the queue is too long message? It is the same old message that they used to have, but this is ridiculous because we weren't supposed to have that kind of thing anymore.

the last half hour of the event i tried to click and click to get in. finally after clicking for about 20 minutes it seemed like i was entering the room. for about six minutes the room seemed to be loading very slowly for me and every once in a while the screen would jump almost like somebody else was leaving the room (it just seemed this way, i have no way of actually knowing) then at exactly closing time a message popped up that the room was closed.

to pass the time i went in a falling chairs room, well owner was gone and people were trading. dude offers brown mansion for my vampire costume. i turn the offer down since i only have one full vampire costume. he says he'll add flip, but i still decline. then he starts calling me mean, i explain to others how the trade went and tell him i like my costume. he replys,"not as much as me" and that i broke his heart. wow, some kids are just... wow. anyway, i'm at number 225 in line and i doubt i'll get in. how fast are the trades going?

Thought I mIssed something big last night for a second. It's not the "Castle" pin it's the "Hotel" pin. I think I still have an extra or three of that pin. Something tells me she intended to trade the "other" HKDL Hotel pin judging by what whe was trading last night.
