Well, it looks as if VMK has done it again. I can no longer go under my user name of MamaJo. VMK has taken it away from me!! WHY? I do not know.
All I know is that I was last on that player on 10/22. I did not play on Tuesday and when I went to sign on Wednesday night, when I used my log in and password that I have been using since right after beta days--it created a new player for me.

I have written VMK many, many times inquiring about this and all they are saying is that my user name and password is the original one that I used when I registered with Disney. I KNOW THAT!!!!

They are not getting is that when I went to log on on Wednesday, that sign in and password made a new character and now MamaJo seems to be lost forever. I have accumulated a lot of very rare and beta stuff on that character and it is not fair that VMK went and deleted that character on me. I have always played every day and have never been off VMK for any longer that a couple of days.

Does anyone know how I can get this issue resolved with VMK? It seems like no one there wants to be helpful.

Try calling them using the phone number?

Are you sure that you havent been hacked?

Maybe someone changed your password, to get access to your original player.

sure its not just your username? vmk made me change my username...

That happened to me a couple of times a while back. I closed VMK and logged back on about 2 minutes later and my original VMK character was logged on.

Yeah, I got hacked; all of my stuff was gone, all of my rooms were sold, and everything. The staff just said it's not their problem, that you're responsible for your own account.

Because it just might give out that you are a Mama. *sarcasm* I hope VMK won't take my name away because it is referenced to Snow White and Goofy. :(

VMK is ruining itself :( Its sad that it's deleting so many player accounts.

Yell at Yavn?? im not really sure thats nice but he needs to start SOLVING problems instead of saying stuff that DOESN'T help...
