I'm going to buy a new electric guitar. And I don't know all that much stuff about brands and what is really good and what is ok. So, I need some help. Im looking for a electric guitar, and I like ones with basic pickups and a light brownish neck. So I need some help with that. But I need to know brands. And the guitar has to be under $200. Can anyone help me? Any suggestions?

Well they only sell these online but you gotta bid on them like a auction. I have 2. They really don't have a name LOL. there like 80 and under with chord and stuff.
Id get a washburn. That was my first. It comes with a amp,chord,tuner and more.

Here's an idea for you: Look up DaisyRock Guitars on Google or on web. They have great guitars ; accoustic or electric under $200 dollars.

I was looking at DaisyRock like 3 months ago. But I'm buying one at christmas. Im almost obsessed with guitars, and I like looking.


Edit: I looked up DaisyRock and the one I found in a guitar store 3 months ago, i couldnt see myself with a really gril guitar. I'm not THAT girly.

And I looked up washburn and I liked the models. Just not some of the designs. I'm still kind of new at guitars. I had mine for almost a year.

My brother likes guitars. He has a nice but cheap (in the way of cost) electric guitar. I dont know the brand but I will ask him when I get the chance.

I recommend Gibson, Ibanez, or Fender. The cheap ones under $100, I hate to say it... They're terrible. Don't go to Wal-Mart, Target, or Sams to get a guitar. One last thing, starter packs are the best deals.

The first time I played guitar I had a Fender one at $250 and the neck of the guitar wasn't right, the strings weren't very good and eventually it barely made any noise when I plugged it into the amp..
But if you only can buy something at $200 dollars I think you should buy the Fender Starocaster starter pack.

Ah, a Les Paul. Those are great guitars, you can't go wrong with them.

I saw that one in the guitar store I went to. And decided I didn't like it that much. And I might go with a daisy rock. I looked on their site. And saw one of the two guitars I saw in the store. And they let me play them to see if I like it. Here is one of the gutiars I saw, and the other one I have to get off my mom's camera phone:

The other one was like that, but it was hot-ish pink with sparkles. It was really nice. Both of those guitars are like $350.00 or something like that.

I was looking at the les paul epiphone. It's really nice, but I think my friend has that, he might be mad that we have the same one.

The only guitar i can imagine you can buy for under $200 is the Squier Strat. If your looking for a cheap Les Paul then you will probably need to check out an auction on ebay, becaue Les Pauls are expensive.
