Ammie 10-17-2007, 01:12 AM @_@... How many stitch hats 0.o. I don't really believe that, though... TravisSch 10-17-2007, 01:12 AM I think your friend is lying. Why would VMK Central have a book of Stitch Hat codes when the codes are on the cards already? thedogboy 10-17-2007, 01:16 AM @_@... How many stitch hats 0.o. I don't really believe that, though... No idea, all he said was "I don't like entering codes" I think your friend is lying. Why would VMK Central have a book of Stitch Hat codes when the codes are on the cards already? I kinda don't believe, but maybe because they were closing and nothing else to do with the codes, but give them away? - just saying i got no ideas gabyta 10-17-2007, 01:20 AM It's a vmk friend or a real life friend?? you could ask him to show you the codes :) SAHB 10-17-2007, 01:26 AM ask the friend to enter a code adn show u if he gets a hat or not thedogboy 10-17-2007, 01:26 AM It's a vmk friend or a real life friend?? you could ask him to show you the codes :) VMK Friend, he said he is gonna give away some in a quest.... Destination 10-17-2007, 01:28 AM I dont think VMK Central would do that Schmoofy 10-17-2007, 01:30 AM Blatant lie, VMK Central at Disneyland did not have the cards on site, but rather the clerks at Disneyland hotels were in possession of them. If they're talking about WDW's VMK Central, then you should know it's not true. thedogboy 10-17-2007, 01:32 AM Well I don't think either, but the things he didn't tell me: How many codes WDW or DLR TheFireworkZach 10-17-2007, 01:44 AM I probably am wrong but weren't Stitch Hats not even given out at the parks. I thought you got them through the cruise line or making a reservation at one of the Disney resorts. That's what I thought. - Zach thedogboy 10-17-2007, 01:45 AM If you stayed at a hotel in DLR CookyHalie 10-17-2007, 02:19 AM it's actually booking a trip that includes the flight and the hotel and i think some other stuff.. but there is a certain site you had to go to to book the trip and get the stitch hat pin and trunk Caterpillar AEIOU 10-17-2007, 03:06 AM I did it several times It didnt include the flight It included a minimum 3 night stay, with theme park tickets It was through disneyonline The Hotels didnt have the cards either. Disney travel company did keep a few on hand as guest recovery, but they didnt just "hand them out". You cant put "codes" into a quest kiosk. As for his reply " I dont like entering codes" GIVE ME A BREAK! Yeah right LOL If anyone had the book, they would know that it is AGAINST VMK VALUES. They wouldnt go around telling people. They would enter the codes and trade for INFERNOS or MORE. If it looks like a scam, it is a SCAM. I would report him, so VMK can see his chat. Whipstersh 10-17-2007, 10:24 AM There is little doubt in my mind he is lying. If he can offer us some solid proof that he is not, then I might reconsider this, but until then, this is a very far-fetched rumor. staticbill 10-17-2007, 11:16 AM It must be a lie. I never have booked a trip and got the stitch set, but I have heard from other people I am pretty sure it gets mailed to you before you go. Crazy.Maddie 10-17-2007, 12:40 PM That's impossible only because, stitch hats were already retired when vmk central closed. Who in right mind would give one person a book of stitch hats? Again i made my person in park, printed out quest before i left, did in park quest, the codes aren't in a book anyways! skipper 10-17-2007, 07:40 PM This sounds dumb but in a way works, vmk central having a book of all codes and when one is used on vmk they say used and change that code to a code like well chair or some other item in the future in a way i think its true in a slight way AvasteDragon 10-17-2007, 08:27 PM Rule of thumb, if it sounds too good to be true, then guess what? Chances are it is too good to be true. thedogboy 10-17-2007, 08:40 PM He said he does not want to talk about it.... Whipstersh 10-17-2007, 08:43 PM He said he does not want to talk about it.... He sure seemed to want to talk about it until you started asking him questions about it.... thedogboy 10-17-2007, 08:52 PM He sure seemed to want to talk about it until you started asking him questions about it.... Yupers, hmm................ Fantasysurfingboy 10-17-2007, 08:53 PM It's fake. They wouldn't do that. disneyzoodude 10-17-2007, 09:00 PM Rule of thumb, if it sounds too good to be true, then guess what? Chances are it is too good to be true. it is true. Its on the disney site. Or atleast it used to be. It retired a few months before VMK Central Closed. jsmall 10-17-2007, 09:09 PM Even if it was true( i am not saying it is ) why would they give him a whole book and just make him happy when they could give one code to alot of children to make more children happy. I just doesn't add up, seriously after I went to WDW I immediately put my codes in. " I dont feel like putting the codes in," please who wouldn't put the codes in immediately. disneyzoodude 10-17-2007, 09:13 PM Even if it was true( i am not saying it is ) why would they give him a whole book and just make him happy when they could give one code to alot of children to make more children happy. They would give them either the hat or box. Caterpillar AEIOU 10-18-2007, 10:33 PM This sounds dumb but in a way works, vmk central having a book of all codes and when one is used on vmk they say used and change that code to a code like well chair or some other item in the future in a way i think its true in a slight way The codes are computer generated, by the printing press that makes the cards. The same company , based in Orlando made the cards for both DLR and WDW. Orangemarker 10-18-2007, 11:30 PM Just a curious question, but do you think that there is a reason that your friend would say this? |
