OK too nights ago I was playing alot of quests that I completed. I went on last night and I had no messages. Are they still doing the messages? Please help.

That's what I've been asking too. I don't know if we get the prizes without the msg or if we don't get the prize either...

Idk. I think we may get the prizes but just not get the messages to tell us.

This is because of some recent changes most likely. I've seen more than a few cases like this around here, and people talking about it ingame. I've heard of some getting their messages late, and others not getting the messages at all.

I've had the same problem with not getting a message. I did a quest last night that if I finished in fifth place I would get a Candy Dispenser thing. I've done a few quests, but had no indication as to what place I finished in. I really hope they can address this and get it fixed soon.

a friend and i have had that problem with the quest thing too,we did fin's quest and neither of us got a message saying if we won or lost.

Somebody brought up the fact that possibly you have to be logged in from the time you completed the quest until the prize messages are sent to receive them. So pretty much if you log out after completing a quest you will most likely not receive a message. -- This is just a logical theory that has been brought up already.

did anyone contact staff to tell them about this bug/glitch? I know someone told Fin about this but she hadn't known anything about it.

There are alot of problems right now with the quests. I have had more then just the not recieve a prize message. I did get the prize however it wasn't easy to find I was lucky to not keep my inventory full of things all the time or I would never have known what I got. I was also having problems when I was running my quest. One of the tasks was to find multiple items and it accepted and completed the task after only finding one item. I was also having problems with certain pictures not showing up for certain tasks which was an issue because they needed to follow what was in the picture. Then I was having problems when I was putting prizes in. It said I had more of certain items that I actually had and less of other items. When I went to the pin area it was giving certain items stars that shouldn't have them because they where not magic.

Idk I hope they get it fixed but another thing is maybe they only send a message to the winners now for a more advanced game and they get to save some time and maybe u just didn't win the quest

i only get the message if im on vmk at the time.

Have you tried another quest since then?

Yeah, I'm having the same exact problem, too. I played one of my friend's quest and didn't get a pm saying that I did/didn't recieve a prize. I played that quest several times and still no messages. - confused - :I

Allowed friends to win a one person quest and no message no prizes.
Quest Machines have somethingh wrong be careful all.

They are currently not doing quest messages. The items, if you have won them, will just appear in your inventory.

If you didn't get a message, you didn't get any prizes. Which means you didn't do the qusts in sufficant time. Or another player beat your time when you finished

Actually you are wrong. Today in Phinny's quest two of my family won a prize each. Neither received a message but they did receive the prize(s). This is a bug that started at the beginning of October. I hate not receiving a message :(

It's not funny when I have to start looking in my inventory to see if I won something.

This has been a problem for about a month, since they did the Halloween update. I did message VMK on contact us, so not sure if they are fixing the problem.

Well i think you get them in the game, bc i did a quest and I sent me a message in game @_@
