u dont need vmk pal. all u need is paint and a standard keyboard.
here's how u do it
1. get on to vmk and get in your costume in a room were u can see urself well
2. get in a good position but dont put your mouse over your character
3. on your keyboard press Alt. the the little button above insert and home that says "Print Screen" so, Alt & Print Screen got it?
4. go into paint and up to edit, click paste and ur pic should be there
5. save into your computer as a jpeg and attach to your post

You can take out just your image and put that alone.
Going into a guest room is better because in places like the haunted mansion, your character is really small so more ppl can get in.
