I just came back after 2 months of vacation from VMK, to find out i've been deleted!

How long does it take for you to get deleted?

Is there anyway to get my account Undeleted?

Your account shouldn't have been deleted. You would of had 4 more months to log on to your account to keep it active. I would send a message to Contact Us asking if you can get your account back since you didn't go past the 6 month rule. Good luck!

It has been stated on the newsletter that it would be 6 months inactivity before deletion of your account. Two months is crazy. Do as TravisSch suggests and use Contact Us, but don't hold your breath. I think that once it has been deleted it has gone for good. Sorry to hear this has happened to you though :(

If you remember your login and password, you can create a new character that retains "born in park" status if you were born in park, and retains any credits you had before. All items/rooms would be gone.

I would try Contact us though.

I have heard of some instances where people have gotten their accounts back because of VMK making a mistake in deleting them. However, this could take a while because VMK has to look back at the records, determine if in fact the account was deleted at the right time, add stuff back to the deleted account that was on there before, etc, etc. It's a long process.

I had sent a contact and now i'm waiting, but i tried logging in and it made me create peson.

This is horrible. I'm so sorry to hear about this. We're having a problem of our own lately and can't find any answers. My daughters been a member since day one. She signed on the other day to a message she's banned until October 26. I can't find a reason why, or anything. I've been trying to find out, so if she did something wrong I can explain it to her, but it just says our "computer" is banned until that time, not her character, because I signed on under my character and it said the same for me. Ginny is actually her character, but I've turned to these boards to try to get some help. When I use contact them I just get an error.

I've decided to continue onmy new one since they might refuse to bring it to life, i know what i'm doing for alot of months, getting to level 3 in pirates, quests and improved my room get all my lost items liek the whole tron gear an dsuper stuff.
