Well, here it is. My 3rd attempt at a story. Thought I'd try fiction this time. I'm going to try fiction this time.

I'm assuming that you've read the other books, because this WILL have spoilers from just about every other book in the series. I haven't actually read all the books myself, but I've read the 1st and 7th so I know basic knowledge of what's happened.

Well, onto the story.
(P.S., I know I spelled some things wrong, and used incorrect grammar here and there. Just enjoy the story.)

Chapter 1
The Cruciatus Curse

“Voldemort.” A wall opened, leading into a dimly-lit passageway. Scorpio walked inside, not sure what he would see on the other side. He had, without thinking, Cruciated seventy-five students of Gryffindor and Imperviused every adult and prefect watching. The passageway led to the Slytherin Common Room, and Scorpio was not sure if they had put a trap in there to lead him to Azkaban, or if the students would be mad at what he did. Had he been thinking before casting two Unforgivable Curses, he would have been walking noticeably faster. After what seemed to be a long three minutes, he finally stepped into the Common Room. All of a sudden, the students burst into cheers. “Blimey!” the students were saying. “That was so brave!” Scorpio smiled and walked to the Boys’ Dormitory. Once he was out of sight, he dashed for his trunk. A blazing five seconds had passed as he reached the trunk and pulled out what seemed to be a normal watch. “Thirty seconds… just on time.” he said under his breath. He kept his hand clenched onto the watch as if it was a portkey. It was. Finally, he was sucked into the watch, and fell with a loud thud outside the Malfoy Manor. Home, he was thinking. He raised his wand at the roof of the Manor and, very quietly, said, “Carpe Retractum.” The purple substance tugged him onto the roof. Then he whispered, “Accio key.” A key flew out of a small crack in the door and into Scorpio’s hands. “He’s here.” Malfoy said to his wife inside the Manor. Scorpio pushed the key into a crack on the roof, and all at once, a small part of the roof levitated away, revealing stairs that lead to inside the Manor. Scorpio walked down the stairs, and as he reached the eighth step the gap in the roof quickly grew back. Scorpio continued to walk down the stairs. When he stepped off, he was in some sort of laboratory with his parents. “Father,” Scorpio said a bit loud, “How is the potion coming? Have you found the stone?” Malfoy sighed and said, “The Resurrection Stone is nowhere to be found. However, I have a plan. If I can get a grip on that Elder Wand, which I’m sure Potter still owns, then it’ll no doubt be able to summon the stone, wherever the stone is.” “And as for the potion, it is almost finished. After five hours of studying, I’ve concluded that the potion needs one more thing: the Cruciatus Curse.” Scorpio was just as confused as his mom was shocked. “A CURSE?!” his mom screamed. “A curse?” Scorpio said. “A potion needs a curse to work?” Malfoy frowned. “I know it sounds weird,” he said, “but it just so happens that when you put Scarlet Wiggentree Bark into a potion, and you cast Crucio at the potion, the Scarlet Wiggentree Bark makes a small impact on all the ingredients, making the potion so much more powerful than it already was. Malfoy’s wife was red-hot. “NO!” she screamed. “That’s going to send you to Azkaban! If I knew you were going to be so evil that you’d give up your life to bring back one person, I would have never married you!” Malfoy chuckled. “Luna, not just one person.” he said. “One Dark Lord. One ruler that was wrongly killed.” “And I was a Slytherin. We tend to be evil.” “It’s not my fault!” Luna said. “A Horn-back Cactus attacked me. I couldn’t see right for years. I thought you were Ha-” She stopped. “Someone else. And like I said, you’re going to get sent to Azkaban for this.” Malfoy frowned. “Well… I sort of received a letter today…” he said. “Scorpio’s getting a one-way trip to Azkaban for using more than NINETY-FIVE unforgivable curses today.” He looked at his son. Scorpio weakly smiled. “Oh my…” Luna said. “How did you get away?” Scorpio looked at the roof and put his hands behind his back. “Well, that was kind of part of the curses I cast.” he said. “Impervius.” But what Scorpio didn’t realize was that he was pointing his wand at his mother at that time. It didn’t take long for him to realize his mistake. Oh well. Guess I’ll just take advantage of that mistake. he thought. Luna walked up to the potion, pointed her wand and said, “Crucio.” Malfoy looked stunned. “Wow.” he said. Scorpio looked at the clock and said, “Oh my, look at the time. I best be getting back to Hogwarts before anyone realizes I’m gone.” “Alright,” Malfoy said. “The Portkey is over there. Leaves in five minutes.” Scorpio ran to it. “Wait,” Malfoy said, “do me a favor. Right before Christmas, imperize all of Potter’s kids to steal the Elder Wand from their father and send it to me.” Scorpio frowned. “But I’ll be in Azkaban…” His father smiled coldly. “That’s what they think.” Scorpio smiled. “Alright, then. See you next week.” And in a matter of seconds, he found himself flat on his bed in the common room. He looked around. Some of the people moved, but nobody woke up. Phew, Scorpio thought. And with that he was asleep.

If your wanting comments, I'll give you some.

I really don't think that this is that good, and seeing that you've only read the first and seventh books, I would expect as much. You can't just expect to write a good story without reading all of them, because there are key details that they don't mention in the first or seventh.

Otherwise, your story is good, as far as the story-line goes.

Good luck with the rest of your story,
bird

I've seen all the movies, and I know everything that happens in the books because people have told me.
You think I could understand the 7th book any other way? ;)

And like I said, just enjoy the story! I'm only a child, most kids my age I know wouldn't have been able to even finish the 7th book!
