Aww, we have to start all over. I have the same account, but my character was gone. Maybe if I play fast I will be the top player for a while...haha.

I have a question though, if you were already signed up for VMK before the pirate game was opened for testing does that mean you can't test the game? Because you can't get an e-mail if your already signed up?

Yes, Stitch, log in as normal. For the first time it takes longer to start up, though. There are some really cool changes, instead of using a dock worker to deploy your ship, you just use a smaller canoe like boat to deploy your ship. I found a lot of cool differences in the game today.

Yes, you have to start a new character as is the most cases when a beta game does some major changes. Just a fact of playing a beta. Get used to it..lol.

If you have the game before, turn it on and it should start downloading the updates to phase 2.

The lag is for the better part, a thing of the past. They've made some major tweaks to the game to help smooth most aspects of it out. I've included a link to the release notes above, if you wish to see for yourself all the changes.

I mean I can't log on at all in the log-in screen because of the whole 'getting your beta key in the e-mail' thing.
Oh well, I'm assuming I'll have to wait until the game is released to the public.

Yes, that's correct. If you still have beta 1 installed, simply turn it on. It will begin auto-updating it to phase 2. This is a long download, but only the first time you turn it on again. After that, it loads much faster.

Well... I was a tester in Phase 1 also, but now It won't let me log on the game after I opened the game client...

I can't wait to play when I get back home! I loved sailing the ships, looks like there has been some new additions to that.

Yes, the game is a lot funner. The only bad part is starting all over, but I think the tasks have been tweaked a bit, so its not like doing the same thing all over again.

I'm going to see if I can find out how to log in...

Woot! I have been waiting for this. I tried it out on Tuesday and it runs great, lots of new changes too.

Woot! I finally got meh internet to work! Now I can play pirates again:-)

Well, since my monitor died on my desktop last night I'm stuck on my laptop. I got it to download that HUGE HUGE update, but when it starts it freezes the laptop.

Guess I have to wait until I get the new monitor.
