Well i have not been able to log on to VMk for a week. Every time i try to log on the same thing pops up. My computer says it downloaded shockwave but i went to another site and played a game that required Shockwave and i wasnt able to play. What should i do?

try turning of your computer. if that dont work call the computer guy

Uninstall the shockwave you have then re-install shockwave. Don't forget to do the same to flash player at the same time. Sometimes these programs don't download properly.

I have been doing that. Ive installed and uninstalled shockwave countless times.

any suggestions as to what i should do?

have you tried using firefox (or ie explorer if you use firefox) to log in?

get an updated veriosn of shockwave see if that does anything

yea i ended up fixing it yesterday. I installed firefox and it downloaded shockwave for me. I can only play vmk with firefox
